In order to get a defective item replaced (Pimpri Chinchwad only):
- Send a photo of the damaged product to greenishora@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery,
- The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped after our customer care person has a conversation with you and the action to be taken is decided.

- You can Mail Defective Items to Our Office Address : GreenishORA Solutions, Sec 91, Jay Malhar Colony, Walhekarwadi, Chinchwad Pune 411033
- Once Defective Product received at our office we will send the replacement product to your address.
Please note:
- Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with greenishora solutions
- Replacement is offered for the products sold by greenishora solutions only.
How do I cancel an order on dailydump.org?
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, we will not be able to accommodate your request, sorry!
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any accessory item which has been used or installed.
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy.
